These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) set forth the terms for each user (“you” or “your”) to access and use the website https://www.LEAP4WA.org (the “Website”) operated by the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (“IAVI” or “we” or “us”) on behalf of Lassa Fever Vaccine Efficacy and Prevention for West Africa (“LEAP4WA”). By accessing the Website, you consent to the terms of this Agreement, as amended. We may update or amend this Agreement from time to time in the future. When revised, the new Terms of Use will be posted on our website and the “Last Updated” below the policy will reflect the date of the most recent amendments. 1. DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE
Lassa Fever Vaccine Efficacy and Prevention for West Africa (LEAP4WA) is a unique multidisciplinary collaboration of seven leading research institutions in Africa, Europe, and North America to advance one of the most promising Lassa fever vaccine candidates to date. Using an innovative recombinant VSV platform and leveraging state-of-the-art manufacturing capabilities, LEAP4WA will conduct a Phase IIb clinical trial of the vaccine candidate in three countries in West Africa. The consortium brings together decades of experience in vaccine development, clinical trial management, and capacity strengthening, embodying a comprehensive and collaborative approach that seeks to deliver a safe, effective, and accessible Lassa fever vaccine to those who need it most.

8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with IAVI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents and content providers, that in any way relates to your use of the LEAP4WA Website, or the information contained therein, resides in the courts of the State of New York.

All content included or available on the Website, including site design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangements thereof is copyrighted material of LEAP4WA, with all rights reserved, or is the property of third parties protected by intellectual property rights. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent.
